Henning Hansen - President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Henning Hansen joined Confirmit as President and CEO in 2005. From 2001 until joining Confirmit, Mr. Hansen was President and CEO of Norman, one of the world's leading companies within the field of data security. Prior to his tenure at Norman, Mr. Hansen was the Managing Director for Gartner Group in Norway. Following Gartner Group and for a period of eight years, he held several sales management positions with Oracle, amassing international professional experience within related industries. Henning Hansen holds two bachelor degrees; a BBa from BI Norwegian School of Management, Oslo and a BSc from Oslo Ingeniørhøyskole.

Ken W. Østreng - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Ken W. Østreng joined Confirmit as CFO in December 2005. From 2003 until joining Confirmit, Mr. Østreng was CFO of Conax AS, a leading supplier of conditional access technology for digital TV. Prior to Conax AS, Mr. Østreng was a Management Consultant within the financial arena. He also gained many years of invaluable professional experience within the technology sector through his former positions as CFO for the listed company E-Line Group ASA, as well as Group Finance Controller in the Internet Business Unit in Telenor. Mr. Østreng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has completed a Management Program in Accounting, Tax and Company Law, from Norwegian School of Management.

Arnt Feruglio - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Arnt Feruglio joined Confirmit as Chief Operating Officer in August 1999. Mr. Feruglio previously held positions at Scan-Fact, a market research bureau now part of Taylor Nelson Sofres. As Research Manager at Scan-Fact, he led a team specializing in research within telecommunications. Prior to Scan-Fact, Mr. Feruglio spent two years in sales and marketing with a start up company specializing in environmental office equipment. In 1992, Arnt Feruglio achieved Master of International Economics and Management, cum laude at SDA Bocconi - Italy.

Pat Molloy - Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Pat Molloy joined the company as CSO in 2007, and was formerly CEO of Pulse Train Limited which was acquired by Confirmit in July of 2007. He has held positions at NOP (now GfK NOP) as a full board director responsible for Operations, at Quantime as Managing Director, prior to the acquisition by SPSS and as CTO at Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) where he had principal responsibility for worldwide Internet related projects, including launch of a group-wide CAWI system, based on Confirmit. He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, a CITP (Chartered Information Technology Professional) from the British Computer Society and is a Member of both ESOMAR and the MRS.

Peter Myklebust - Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Peter Myklebust joined Confirmit in 1997 as the first employee after Confirmit's founder. He started his career as a System Architect in the Internet Architecture group of TietoEnator, called ISI at that time. He is leading Confirmit's R&D team, and is responsible for all aspects of Confirmit's R&D. Peter Myklebust earned a Master of Science in Engineering, from Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 1995.

Tim Hannington - Executive Vice President - EMEA and APAC

Tim Hannington is responsible for the EMEA and APAC Sales team at Confirmit. This includes all sales outside of the Americas to Market Research Agency clients, Corporate Enterprise clients, and strategic partners. Tim has more than 20 years of continued success in direct enterprise software sales, third party partner sales and sales management. He has been with Confirmit since 2005 and has previously held (amongst others) Senior Management positions at Hewlett Packard where he was responsible for third party software channels across Europe..

Peter Whalen - Executive Vice President - Americas

Peter Whalen joined Confirmit in 2005, and oversees the New York and San Francisco offices, as well as sales for all Market Research, Enterprise clients, and strategic partners. Peter is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience leading high performance teams across a wide range of disciplines within the fast-paced Hi-Tech Software and Wireless Telecom industries. Prior to joining Confirmit, he was Vice President, North America at Sand Technology. Peter also held Operations and Executive Management positions at Fair Isaac, HNC Software, Systems/Link Corporation, and Verizon Wireless. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island and an M.B.A. in Financial Management from the Hagan School of Business at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.

Michael Wooh - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Michael Wooh joined Confirmit as Chief Marketing Officer in 2011. Mr. Wooh brings more than 20 years of experience and a proven successful track record with industry leading software and financial organizations. Before joining Confirmit, Mr. Wooh held senior marketing positions at Passlogix and OpTier where he was pivotal in creating the Business Transaction Management market. Prior to that he was VP, Marketing at Computer Associates where he was responsible for redefining Enterprise-Wide Workload Automation. Before Computer Associates, he headed up Global Automated Operations at Platinum Technology, a billion dollar publicly traded software company, where he was responsible for the most profitable product division. Mr. Wooh’s early career was grounded in Wall Street firms such as: Goldman Sachs, Citibank and National Westminster Bank. Mr. Wooh is a graduate of Cornell University. During his tenure as President of the Alumni Board of Directors, he created and launched the university's first "Cyber-Mentor" program now in its seventh successful year.

Dave King – Executive Vice President of Mobile Solutions

Dave King will lead Confirmits mobile solutions division and establish a Canadian Center of Excellence for the development of mobile solutions. Mr. King joined Confirmit through the acquisition of Canadian based Techneos Systems in September of 2011 where he held the position of CEO. His background as an entrepreneur in the technology industry has allowed him to assist a number of companies achieve rapid growth and ultimately merger or acquisition with industry leaders. He has held CEO positions with Metrobridge Networks, a publicly listed company that provides ultra high speed wireless internet service and WYSIWYG Graphics a provider of design and print related services. Mr. King has also held sales management positions with Hewlett Packard and Sequent Computers (IBM). He is also on the advisory board of a number of technology companies based in Canada.
