Open Survey Software Architecture for Enterprise Application Integration

Confirmit has an open architecture that allows the software to communicate and interact with other strategic business systems. The technology has several Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that enable transfer of data using XML Web Services to and from Confirmit, and build value-added applications on top of Confirmit, maximizing its functionality.

Confirmit has the following four APIs:

• Authoring API
• CAPI API
• Data Transfer API
• Panel API

Confirmit Authoring API
Confirmit Authoring includes areas such as survey design, translation, quality control, launch, and respondent management. Through the API, businesses can utilize the functionality in the aforementioned areas from remote application to streamline and automation (i.e.: questionnaire design or sending e-mail to respondents).

Confirmit CAPI API

Confirmit Data Transfer API
The API enables companies to transfer data to Confirmit (i.e.: a respondent sample from a CRM or HR system) or transfer data collected via Confirmit (response data) to other enterprise applications.

Customers can use the APIs separately or together for Enterprise Application Integration, automating their survey and reporting processes.

Confirmit Panel API
Confirmit Panel System includes areas such as panelist portals and panel sampling. The API enables organizations to extend the core functionality and customize the panel system providing greater control and flexibility. This enables users to add and delete panelists and update their survey history, work on activity log data and manage details on available projects.
