Confirmit employs an agile development process called Evolutionary (EVO) Project Management methodology on all development projects to ensure the highest focus on stakeholder value and product qualities through early and continuous feedback from stakeholders.

The methodology includes weekly or biweekly measurement of product quality improvements, as well as feedback from stakeholders (customers, partners, and employees) on all development projects. The result is maximum value for customers while minimizing the risk of failure.

The method was developed by Tom Gilb and and now Kai Gilb (www.gilb.com). Tom and Kai Gilb personally trained Confirmit in the use of EVO, and stated:
