Survey Software Scalability

Confirmit can be scaled to meet any performance requirements businesses might have with regards to authoring, survey, panel, or reporting activities. The software can be installed on a single or multiple server(s), allowing Confirmit to grow along with the customer's business.

To ensure high scalability Confirmit has been developed with the following:

• Microsoft SQL database
• Unique database per survey
• Complete stateless design
• Caching in ASP.NET
• Hardware load balancing across multiple servers

Confirmit is used by both customers with 2–3 survey projects and 10,000 respondents a year, and by customers with several thousand projects and millions of respondents every year. Confirmit's scalability is shown in the charts below that illustrate up-time performance and growth measured in completed interviews.

Since 2001, over 308 million surveys have been completed on the Confirmit platform.
